Breeders' Classic, Pleasure Horse Sale

Phone bidders should follow two simple steps:

  1. Before Midnight of October 1, 2004 wire 25% of the bid to:
    Gifford State Bank, Gifford, Illinois
    Bank Phone: 217-568-7311
    (Tell them you are working with Hannagan Auctions on the Breeders Classic sale October 2, 2004)
  2. To phone bid October 2nd, call Hannagan's Auction Company 217-568-7117 and they will transfer you to the arena. Be sure to call early! Auction starts at 6 pm, October 2nd.
    (Check the hip number on the horse you are interested in, these are the selling order).

Notice to all Buyers

To pick up registration papers on the day of the sale, payment must be made in CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK or MONEY ORDER.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

ALL ACCOUNTS must be paid before or immediately following each sale session. All payments shall be in U.S. Currency and on U.S. Banks only. Method of payment shall be Cash, Personal Check (with proper line of credit), or Traveler's Checks. NO BANK DRAFTS. All registration papers will be withheld until payments clear the bank. Buyers paying cash may pick up papers the day of sale. All returned checks will be immediately turned over to the County District Attorney's office and charges will be filed!
  • INSPECT HORSES PRIOR TO PURCHASING
  • READ SALE CONDITIONS
  • LEAVE HIP NUMBER ON ALL HORSES
  • LEAVE HORSES IN ORIGINAL STALLS
